What makes this beer unique is the contents of corn malt in addition to barley malt which is commonly used in the brewing process. This makes the taste of corn beer especially mild and is thus a good supplement to a spicy dish. The tradition of corn beer comes from Latin America, from among its lively rhythms and warm beaches.
