The
“Think Positive” objectives of Olvi’s
personnel strategy include well-being personnel,
controlled management of change, best industry
competence and an attractive employer.
As an employer, Olvi wants to create an equal, safe and healthy work environment. The equality plan describes the current state of implementing equality, as well as the targets and practical actions through which Olvi promotes gender equality. The achievement of targets is monitored annually, and they are specified in more detail as necessary. Personnel satisfaction is monitored and measured through a work environment survey covering the entire personnel once in every two years. Well-being at work at Olvi is ranked high in terms of the overall job satisfaction index.
