Equal opportunities and diversity

Our workplace community offers equal opportunities for all employees. Taking diversity into account is also important to us. We treat all our employees fairly and equally, regardless of their age, gender, religious beliefs, opinions, nationality or similar factors. Fair and equal treatment is reflected in recruitment, salaries and career development opportunities, among others.   

In 2024, 69% of Olvi’s employees were men, and 31% were women. In 2024, 66% of the members of Olvi plc’s Board of Directors were men and 33% were women as the size of the Board decreased.  

Olvi Group has a Code of Conduct and People policy in place to ensure equal opportunities. The Group companies also have their own programmes and tools for promoting equality and non-discrimination. In 2024-2025 Olvi plc participated in the DEI peer learning group of UN Global Compact Finland. The peer learning group studied tools that support the development of diversity, equity and inclusion and deepened the knowledge and skills related to the themes
